The florists at Gold Coast Flowers and Gifts are very proud of the products they create and take every care to ensure each order is of the highest quality and standard. We believe our client’s satisfaction is number one priority.

Deliveries

All orders for SAME DAY delivery must be placed online by 12pm weekdays and 10am on Saturdays. If past these times feel free to call to check if deliveries to this area have left yet. We can deliver to some areas on Sundays and Public Holidays with prior arrangement if couriers are available. All business deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm and residential deliveries by 7pm. Requests for timed deliveries can generally be met however may incur an additional delivery fee. Please call 07 55618892 to discuss your requirements before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

We trust reputable courier companies to ensure the flowers are delivered in a prompt and safe manner. Signatures are obtained when available and as a rule left in a safe place when the recipient is not available, and a calling card with details of the delivery. When ordering please include details on where to leave the flowers otherwise our couriers will use their experience and good judgement to leave the flowers safely.

If the recipient is not home and it is not safe to leave the flowers, if the incorrect address is given, if the recipient has been discharged from hospital or any other reason resulting in a non-delivery which is out of our control, a redelivery fee may apply. You will be contacted promptly with any issues.

As the Gold Coast is such a large area and we deliver fresh daily there are a few Gold Coast suburbs that incur an extra delivery for us to be able to deliver to these areas.

Substitution Policy

Images on our website are used as a guide. Your order may not be exactly the same as the final product, due to seasons or quality restraints. If you have very particular request please call or email us and we can advise you of the best quality in stock or order it in for you if available. In the case where a specific flower or hamper food type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Credit Card Information

Gold Coast Florist and Gifts does not store any credit card numbers and/or  credit card details.

Alcohol

All alcohol must be ordered as an addition to your gift. Upon delivery the person signing for the gift must be over the age of 18. It is an offence:  to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years
